When it comes to making any sort of change, you’re likely to come across a few setbacks and lifestyle changes are no different. You’re probably not going to be able to make all the changes you want to make and meet all of the goals you set yourself first try.
That’s the bad news, but the good news is that you can use this to your advantage. You can use your ‘losing’ moments to reflect and learn from your experiences – by reflecting you can figure out what didn’t work for you and readjust your plan and your goals to help you maximise your wins.
